Appointments
- Using our website, you can reschedule or cancel your appointments up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- To cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time, please call us for assistance.
- Failure to do so will result in a rescheduling fee of 10% on top of the service price and payment will be required at time of scheduling
Deposit Payments
- We may require a deposit payment to reserve your service appointment.
- Collected deposits may be refundable when cancelling at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- Collected deposits may be non refundable in the event of a no show and no call for your appointment.
- Failure to cancel in a 24hr period will result in a forefit of deposit, and a 10% fee will be applied and full payment will be required to schedule
- Two times doing a no call no show will result in loss of deposit and a 15% cancelation fee, followed by a refund of remaining amount
